Full review

The Lippert Cargo Slide Tray is a heavy-duty storage solution engineered specifically for RV and camper owners who want full, easy access to their underbelly or exterior storage compartments without the hassle of crawling inside or reaching into dark corners. Built by Lippert, a trusted name in towable and motorized RV components, this slide-out tray mounts directly into existing storage bays and rolls out smoothly on rugged ball-bearing slides, bringing gear, tools, leveling blocks, hoses, and other camping essentials right to the user rather than forcing them to dig through cluttered compartments. The tray's steel construction is designed to handle the weight of typical RV cargo while resisting the bumps, vibrations, and weather exposure that come with life on the road.

What sets this cargo slide tray apart in the storage category is its focus on usability and durability under real travel conditions. The slide mechanism is rated to support substantial loads, making it ideal for carrying generators, water hoses, chocks, or outdoor furniture without sagging or sticking over time. A textured, corrosion-resistant finish helps protect against rust from rain, road salt, and humidity, while the compact folded profile ensures it fits into standard RV storage bay dimensions without eating into usable space. Campers who have dealt with awkwardly bent storage doors or torn knees reaching for items stuffed in the back of a bay will appreciate how this tray transforms a cramped space into an organized, accessible shelf system.

Installation is straightforward for most RV owners, as the tray is designed to retrofit into many existing Lippert-compatible storage compartments using basic mounting hardware, making it a practical upgrade rather than a full renovation project. Once installed, the smooth glide-out motion allows users to quickly load or unload gear at a campsite, cutting down setup and teardown time significantly. For RV and camper owners who prioritize organization, efficiency, and protecting their gear from the elements, the Lippert Cargo Slide Tray offers a dependable, no-nonsense storage upgrade that keeps essential equipment within easy reach on every trip.
